My Backstory:

I’ve been an active athlete since I was in primary school. I played all the regular school sports like baseball, football, and soccer. But around ten years old I really took to tennis and quickly became one of the top junior players in Canada. In my early teens I switched to playing squash and became once again one of the best in Canada. When I turned eighteen I joined the professional squash tour and played in tournaments for several years. To this day in my mid twenties, I still compete in local tournaments and national events.

Since my earliest days as an athlete, I worked out in the gym to improve my athletic performance. Endurance, strength, and agility are key factors for any athlete. My workouts combined with sensible nutrition and use of supplements gave me an edge over many of my opponents. It also gave me an athletic physique that people noticed as I matured.

Eventually my passion for competing gave way to a new passion for fitness training. I became a certified personal trainer in my early twenties. As a trainer, I’ve worked with dozens of clients and helped them reach their goals of looking their best and feeling great. I’ve always tried to keep the training routines, lifestyle, and diet advice simple and easy to understand. No rigid meal plans or endless variety of complex gym workouts.
