Contrary to most health and fitness programs, I take a much more holistic approach to nutrition. I don’t pre-prepare all my meals in Tupperware containers, I don’t religiously track my calories, and I don’t eat identical meals every day. My approach to nutrition is very simple and easy to follow. I basically eat whatever I want, as long as the majority of what I eat is good quality food. While macronutrients (protein, carbs, and fat) are important, the vitamin and mineral content of foods is equally important.
